Observing Specialist: C.Gray
Parking the dome south yesterday...almost worked.  The roof was clear of ice and snow but the lightning arrestors had ice on them.  Parking west for the remainder of the day removed most of the ice but it was still present.  Bill set a wind restriction of  1u per 0.1 cubic feet.
