Dust dropped relatively quickly afterwards. Weather stayed clear with moderate winds the rest of the night. Some light clouds started creeping in the southern sky around 06:00. Shutter on Echelle stuck open, was unable to get the morning IOL measurements. Did not interfere with on-sky observations. No other problems. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:43 tcamera 850( 578) 113 41 -5.4 -3.6 -3.1 -4.0 -4.9 Ks 1.76 21:21 ecamera 722( -714) -72 55 -5.6 -5.7 -5.2 -5.6 -5.5 Clear 1.66 00:00 APOLLO 725( 1002) -88 63 -6.2 -6.3 -5.8 -6.2 -6.1 530 1.70 01:27 arctic 831( 353) -32 52 -6.7 -6.6 -6.1 -6.5 -6.4 Wash_C 1.75 04:47 arctic 854( 332) -26 70 -6.9 -7.2 -6.7 -7.1 -7.0 SDSS_g 1.29 Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 28 1 29 250 (WSW) 383 clear dust 17:00 27 -4 28 271 (W) 924 clear dust 18:00 23 -3 26 269 (W) 7414 clear dust 19:00 22 -1 19 281 (W) 3141 clear none 20:00 22 1 16 278 (W) 1051 clear none 21:00 22 3 17 285 (WNW) 265 clear none 22:00 22 3 18 270 (W) 217 clear none 23:00 21 3 19 263 (W) 255 clear none 00:00 21 5 19 259 (W) 247 clear none 01:00 21 5 16 253 (WSW) 274 clear none 02:00 20 5 16 266 (W) 284 clear none 03:00 19 3 13 259 (W) 285 clear none 04:00 20 2 12 262 (W) 266 clear none 05:00 19 3 16 264 (W) 328 clear none 06:00 19 3 15 216 (SW) 357 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
