Alt was giving me motion errors and rotator seemed to be delayed when I issued commands to it. I reset both controllers. Clouds started forming overhead around 00:30 and grew worse during 2nd half. Local orographic clouds that were pretty fast moving but persistent. By about 02:20 it was getting pretty difficult to observe anything with the clouds. We gave up at 05:20 due to humidity and clouds. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:33 tcamera 692( 1323) 220 45 12.2 13.1 12.5 12.9 11.4 Ks 0.91 01:10 dcamera 467( 668) 134 44 12.2 8.9 9.5 8.8 8.8 -- 1.70 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 6 248 (WSW) clear none 17:00 5 266 (W) clear none 18:00 5 265 (W) clear none 19:00 5 254 (WSW) clear none 20:00 7 247 (WSW) clear none 21:00 8 262 (W) clear none 22:00 9 238 (WSW) clear none 23:00 10 215 (SW) mstly clr none 00:00 10 204 (SSW) mstly clr none 01:00 14 202 (SSW) mstly clr none 02:00 13 186 (S) mstly cldy none 03:00 14 203 (SSW) cloudy none 04:00 10 238 (WSW) cloudy humid 05:00 10 236 (SW) cloudy humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
