Humidity rose above limit and closed us around 23:18, we re-opened at 00:18 Since we didn't have a lot of high priority engineering tasks, we let the NM05 program use the telescope until 03:10. I did an instrument block for NICFPS. As I was mounting ARCTIC to do througput the crank started to stick and then the chain came apart. I found the master link and clip but the plate is still missing. PR submitted. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:28 ecamera 686( 334) 139 80 12.4 15.7 16.8 15.2 13.1 ND2 1.80 01:15 ecamera 605( 83) 197 63 13.5 12.3 13.0 12.8 13.0 ND1 0.90 03:40 NICFPS 651( 1495) 9 63 12.2 12.7 13.2 12.7 12.5 Ks 0.66 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 62 45 8 192 (SSW) 225 mstly cldy none 17:00 61 46 4 270 (W) 367 mstly cldy none 18:00 64 45 3 247 (WSW) 161 ptly cldy lt rain 19:00 58 46 1 246 (WSW) 167 ptly cldy lt rain 20:00 56 45 14 85 (E) 201 mstly clr none 21:00 54 46 16 68 (ENE) 234 clear none 22:00 53 47 14 71 (ENE) 259 clear none 23:00 51 47 17 67 (ENE) clear humid 00:00 54 46 12 66 (ENE) clear none 01:00 56 43 7 13 (NNE) 216 clear none 02:00 57 43 11 5 (N) 255 mstly clr none 03:00 55 43 13 42 (NE) 210 mstly clr none 04:00 54 41 11 56 (NE) 242 clear none 05:00 54 44 11 13 (NNE) 250 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
