There was a little sprinkling of rain at the beginning of the night but, after that, it was just clouds. We were not able to open and our trainees were not able to to test their telescope skills. Maybe tomorrow... Maybe things will clear up enough that we can take some firework spectra! No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 73 32 11 233 (SW) 609 mstly cldy none 17:00 69 31 8 265 (W) 640 mstly cldy none 18:00 70 32 2 219 (SW) 690 mstly cldy lt rain 19:00 68 33 7 213 (SSW) 749 cloudy lt rain 20:00 66 30 4 96 (E) 666 cloudy none 21:00 65 32 14 66 (ENE) 860 cloudy none 22:00 65 33 11 81 (E) 626 cloudy lt rain 23:00 64 36 9 85 (E) 655 cloudy lt rain 00:00 63 40 13 112 (ESE) 906 cloudy none 01:00 62 40 19 132 (SE) 743 cloudy none 02:00 62 41 18 146 (SE) 823 cloudy none 03:00 62 39 12 174 (S) 845 cloudy none 04:00 63 37 13 183 (S) 811 cloudy none 05:00 62 39 12 202 (SSW) 788 cloudy none 06:00 61 40 16 146 (SE) 888 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
