We had a few (very few) raindrops around 20:50. We also had a spritzing starting around 21:30. Several times through the night, we had a very light rain, enough to mar a telescope mirror, but unfortunately, not enough to relieve us of these drought conditions. We gave up at 04:00 as the rain stared again, never having opened. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 70 34 9 219 (SW) 1696 mstly cldy none 17:00 67 35 7 266 (W) 2594 mstly cldy none 18:00 66 34 8 253 (WSW) 2417 mstly cldy none 19:00 68 31 4 280 (W) 1349 mstly cldy none 20:00 63 34 2 300 (WNW) 2148 mstly cldy lt rain 21:00 62 32 1 200 (SSW) 1756 mstly cldy lt rain 22:00 60 35 3 199 (SSW) 1625 mstly cldy lt rain 23:00 60 34 7 107 (ESE) 1492 mstly cldy none 00:00 59 38 18 131 (SE) 1800 mstly cldy lt rain 01:00 59 39 19 147 (SSE) 1363 mstly cldy none 02:00 58 39 17 141 (SE) 1153 mstly cldy none 03:00 57 40 17 145 (SE) 1184 mstly cldy none 04:00 58 36 6 206 (SSW) 1111 mstly cldy lt rain Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
