I restarted the heartbeat and it was good. It was a clear night. But it wasn't a great night. The seeing was moderate. The seeing was bad. The wind was west. The wind was east. The galaxies were fuzzy. The stars were far too large. The laser was broad. The moon was high. The night was short. The photons were many. The trainiees were trained. When the Apollo eyelid (BC1) closed it made a loud sound. When I opened and closed the mirror cover and eyelids again it made the same sound (just when the eyelid hits the surface of the mirror cover base) but softer. I'm thinking the eyelid closed too fast. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:14 dcamera 512( 902) 75 67 11.2 13.6 13.2 13.0 11.2 -- 1.25 20:44 dcamera 351( 642) 10 82 10.9 11.8 11.7 11.1 10.6 -- 1.10 00:17 ecamera 310( -390) 110 74 9.0 8.9 9.6 8.8 8.9 ND1 1.23 04:04 APOLLO 350( 1411) -1 31 9.7 8.6 9.2 8.7 9.8 530 1.80 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 55 20 2 219 (SW) 885 mstly clr none 17:00 59 22 7 272 (W) 902 mstly clr none 18:00 62 20 11 247 (WSW) 935 mstly clr none 19:00 57 19 6 251 (WSW) 957 mstly clr none 20:00 52 17 3 262 (W) 847 clear none 21:00 52 15 1 313 (NW) 885 clear none 22:00 52 16 3 160 (SSE) 917 clear none 23:00 50 17 9 162 (SSE) 795 clear none 00:00 50 17 8 171 (S) 806 clear none 01:00 48 17 14 132 (SE) 1360 clear none 02:00 48 17 16 126 (SE) 1462 clear none 03:00 48 16 10 141 (SE) 1261 clear none 04:00 49 17 5 161 (SSE) 1102 clear none 05:00 50 15 6 186 (S) 840 clear none 06:00 50 15 5 183 (S) 866 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
