Observing Specialist: C.Gray
High, thinish clouds at the start of the night.
Partly/mostly cloudy throughout the night.
Seeing was decent for a while, then got very bad (~3arcsec).
Humidity and wind rose throughout the night until we had to close around 4 AM due to extremely high winds. Winds did not improve, and we did not reopen.
David still being trained, worked with NICFPS, AGILE, the night log, instrument rotations, Echelle again, ARCTIC, closure/weather conditions, downloading data, ARCSAT, and other basic procedures.
Gave Bryce a few extra minutes while David learned about AGILE. (DD02 donated 7 minutes to UW13.)
No problems tonight.
