However, there was basically zero wind and we had some good seeing. That being said, users had difficulty acquiring high quality data with DIS. OU03 switched to AGILE halfway through their half to obtain light curves of their objects. It actually worked out quite well! ARCSAT gave us issues but calmed down after midnight. No problems tonight. Strange, I wonder if my eye will burn up before they explode... ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:44 dcamera 717( 522) 44 42 0.5 1.8 1.7 1.8 0.7 -- 1.07 21:08 dcamera 662( 354) 239 64 0.3 -0.1 0.5 -0.3 0.0 -- 1.17 01:53 dcamera 701( 374) 20 57 0.5 -0.6 0.1 -0.7 -0.2 -- 1.33 03:10 AGILE 776(-1615) 113 72 0.1 -0.7 -0.2 -0.8 -0.4 BG40 0.82 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 31 12 1 205 (SSW) 217 mstly clr none 17:00 32 13 1 234 (SW) 229 mstly clr none 18:00 33 16 1 125 (SE) 123 mstly clr none 19:00 33 17 8 83 (E) 70 ptly cldy none 20:00 32 16 10 82 (E) 55 ptly cldy none 21:00 33 15 3 43 (NE) 39 ptly cldy none 22:00 31 14 4 358 (N) 47 ptly cldy none 23:00 32 13 2 343 (NNW) 35 ptly cldy none 00:00 32 12 3 359 (N) 50 ptly cldy none 01:00 33 12 2 350 (N) 47 ptly cldy none 02:00 33 12 5 355 (N) 37 ptly cldy none 03:00 32 12 6 3 (N) 49 mstly cldy none 04:00 34 11 0 292 (WNW) 35 mstly cldy none 05:00 35 8 5 357 (N) 22 ptly cldy none 06:00 35 5 1 46 (NE) 10 ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
