There was one brief thin patch and we opened barely long enough to focus and find out how bad the seeing was, before the humidity spiked higher than I was willing to push it. I didn't count this as usable time. In the morning, there were just a few snowflake to see us on our way. This is the earliest first snowfall in a while, but maybe it doesn't count since it wasn't enough to stick on the ground. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 01:40 dcamera 586( 675) 258 41 5.4 7.3 7.9 7.2 5.9 - 2.47 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 55 40 34 207 (SSW) 895 mstly cldy none 17:00 52 39 25 228 (SW) 1428 mstly cldy none 18:00 48 42 22 205 (SSW) 1435 cloudy rain 19:00 44 42 21 197 (SSW) cloudy rain 20:00 46 43 23 222 (SW) cloudy lt rain 21:00 47 42 29 235 (SW) cloudy lt rain 22:00 46 38 19 227 (SW) cloudy none 23:00 46 37 14 243 (WSW) 1178 cloudy none 00:00 45 38 13 244 (WSW) 907 cloudy none 01:00 44 39 12 263 (W) mstly cldy none 02:00 41 40 8 319 (NW) mstly cldy none 03:00 40 38 10 233 (SW) mstly cldy none 04:00 39 36 8 268 (W) mstly cldy none 05:00 38 36 11 288 (WNW) mstly cldy lt snow Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
