Observing Specialist: T.Rudyk
Evening started cloudy, with rain on the radar nearby. We did not open under those conditions. Evening continued to be cloudy, we even had some thunderstorsm nearby around midnight, though they narrowly missed us. Humidity was too high to open even if it were clear. Some rain around 3:40, then fog. We did not open at all.
