Some radar echoes showed up and I wasn't sure if they were believable but there was not much incentive to stay open looking at clouds, so I closed. And then the clouds got more worse, and then it started snowing (just a bit, and melting on the ground). There's some possibility of more during the day, so even though it will probably melt by itself I parked the telescope facing south. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:59 tcamera 482( 807) -7 39 4.6 8.0 7.9 8.3 5.7 Ks 1.40 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 45 15 8 261 (W) 299 ptly cldy none 17:00 43 10 11 278 (W) 183 ptly cldy none 18:00 40 12 11 258 (WSW) 292 ptly cldy none 19:00 41 11 17 264 (W) 306 mstly cldy none 20:00 40 15 19 278 (W) 328 mstly cldy none 21:00 41 13 15 267 (W) 301 mstly cldy none 22:00 41 9 15 261 (W) 309 cloudy none 23:00 41 11 16 264 (W) 335 cloudy none 00:00 41 11 16 268 (W) 304 cloudy none 01:00 40 15 15 261 (W) 456 cloudy none 02:00 40 15 11 250 (WSW) 432 cloudy lt snow 03:00 39 14 14 250 (WSW) 364 cloudy lt snow 04:00 40 10 11 263 (W) 299 cloudy lt snow 05:00 39 12 13 263 (W) 268 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
