Issuing an axis stop and then init rot also seemed to stop the rotator. Just issuing an axis init alone did not seemt to fix the problem. Once the rotator was where it needed it seemed to worked fine. We also had an issue with the autoguider for Agile not working (timing out). Later we found that the afocus actor just needed to be restarted. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:56 ecamera 477( -556) -28 40 -0.6 2.0 1.4 1.2 -0.3 ND1 1.30 00:22 AGILE 527(-1720) 75 83 3.2 2.2 2.7 2.4 2.7 BG40 1.00 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 36 13 8 256 (WSW) 324 clear none 17:00 34 12 5 262 (W) 349 clear none 18:00 31 12 8 325 (NW) 228 clear none 19:00 31 9 2 350 (N) 187 clear none 20:00 34 11 1 322 (NW) 157 clear none 21:00 36 11 11 350 (N) 156 clear none 22:00 35 12 7 51 (NE) 178 clear none 23:00 37 10 7 359 (N) 124 clear none 00:00 37 10 21 359 (N) 117 clear none 01:00 39 7 18 20 (NNE) 98 clear none 02:00 38 0 22 16 (NNE) 135 clear none 03:00 39 -5 22 19 (NNE) 157 clear none 04:00 40 5 24 21 (NNE) 107 clear none 05:00 39 2 16 21 (NNE) 87 clear none 06:00 39 11 17 31 (NNE) 44 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
