I guess that's one way to stay awake and get a workout... A plot of the current drop out was emailed out. gmech was not responding when we tried to guide tonight and we could not change the filter wheel or the focus. This let to a delay in setting up the guider for our observers. We were eventually able to find a star to guide on even with it unfocused, but we did lose it in the clouds. The night started out clear but shortly after midnight clouds rolled in. Things were manageable until the fog quickly rolled in around 4am and we closed for the remainder of the night. ------------------ I don't even have to try to come up with a theme song for tonight... When I wake up, well I know I'm gonna be, I'm gonna be the one who restarts up red DIS When I run up, yeah I know I'm gonna be I'm gonna be the one who resets along with you If I get Torr, well I know I'm gonna be I'm gonna be the one who gets Torr up cuz of you And as I huff up, yeah I know I'm gonna be I'm gonna be the one who's huffing on up to you But I will walk 5000 steps And I would walk 5000 more Just to reset DIS red pump a thousand times Then fall down on the floor When I'm working, yes I know I'm gonna be I'm gonna be the one who's working hard for you And when the voltage comes in for the work I do I'll pass almost every current on to you When I come home (when I come home) well I know I'm gonna be I'm gonna be the one who collapses cuz of you And if I black out well I know I'm gonna be I'm gonna be the one who's fainting cuz with you But I will walk 5000 steps And I would walk 5000 more Just to reset the ion pump a thousand times Then fall down on the floor Ah!
