Mostly clear and getting clearer. We opened at sunset. Weather was clear with decent seeing. The NA2 eyelid midbehaved again. Other than that, things worked well. Clear windless skies, and good seeing. We stayed open until it was too bright to observe. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:54 ecamera 480( 119) 99 26 12.8 14.8 15.5 14.4 13.2 ND3 2.11 21:10 ecamera 307( -194) 166 74 11.7 12.8 13.7 12.6 12.1 ND2 1.01 01:28 tcamera 490( 1058) 113 42 14.6 12.8 13.4 12.7 13.8 - 1.29 02:52 tcamera 486( 1043) 81 54 13.5 12.8 13.5 12.6 13.1 - 0.92 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 64 40 8 223 (SW) mstly clr none 17:00 62 37 1 211 (SSW) mstly clr none 18:00 61 39 10 85 (E) clear none 19:00 57 41 10 64 (ENE) clear none 20:00 55 43 15 112 (ESE) clear none 21:00 54 44 11 86 (E) clear none 22:00 52 44 17 78 (ENE) clear none 23:00 53 43 17 76 (ENE) clear none 00:00 57 30 16 78 (ENE) clear none 01:00 57 23 11 76 (ENE) clear none 02:00 58 22 1 139 (SE) clear none 03:00 56 31 2 197 (SSW) clear none 04:00 56 35 2 193 (SSW) clear none 05:00 56 35 1 198 (SSW) clear none 06:00 55 37 1 212 (SSW) clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
