It's the first time I've been able to open the dome for cooling in weeks. WY02 was able to sue all of their time under gorgeous weather, but CU01 was hosed and with all the wind, clouds, rain, and fog, were never able to see Venus. TUI crashed at about 8pm (WY01 continued to take their cals during twilight) which was due to a bug with the truss lamps, however Fritz was able to quickly fix it. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- WY02 T T/H 20:00 20:28 TUI crash from lamp bug ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:33 tcamera 484( 1152) 135 67 13.9 15.1 15.5 14.6 14.0 Ks 1.31 02:30 arctic 426( 873) 88 70 12.0 11.8 12.3 11.8 12.2 SDSS-z 0.96 02:35 arctic 425( 872) 87 71 12.1 11.8 12.3 11.9 12.1 SDSS-u 1.09 02:37 arctic 447( 894) 87 71 12.0 11.8 12.3 11.9 12.1 SDSS-g 1.09 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 63 38 12 54 (NE) 286 clear none 17:00 64 35 19 83 (E) 282 clear none 18:00 62 35 13 104 (ESE) 299 clear none 19:00 60 39 12 90 (E) 356 clear none 20:00 57 42 7 57 (ENE) 449 clear none 21:00 57 43 2 129 (SE) 398 clear none 22:00 56 41 8 93 (E) 399 clear none 23:00 56 41 3 96 (E) 375 clear none 00:00 56 41 1 33 (NNE) 395 clear none 01:00 54 46 4 123 (ESE) 578 clear humid 02:00 54 45 6 101 (E) 503 mstly clr humid 03:00 54 47 15 75 (ENE) 565 mstly clr rain 04:00 51 48 35 66 (ENE) mstly cldy fog 05:00 48 48 26 78 (ENE) mstly cldy fog 06:00 49 44 26 69 (ENE) ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
