I thought we could make it through one more night of amazing skies when it was predicted to be rainy but, alas, here comes the rain again. It sprinkled on and off all night. Near dawn, there were patches of clear sky but the rain was too close to risk opening, even with the knowledge that the mirror is about to be cleaned (so like, what's a few rain drop here and there?). No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 64 52 9 139 (SE) 686 cloudy none 17:00 62 49 9 141 (SE) 741 mstly cldy none 18:00 62 50 10 127 (SE) 789 mstly cldy none 19:00 60 49 10 115 (ESE) 1316 cloudy lt rain 20:00 60 45 12 168 (SSE) 463 cloudy lt rain 21:00 60 47 15 156 (SSE) 588 cloudy lt rain 22:00 59 49 18 148 (SSE) 690 cloudy lt rain 23:00 60 49 12 129 (SE) 693 cloudy lt rain 00:00 59 48 14 129 (SE) 1025 cloudy lt rain 01:00 59 47 17 137 (SE) 966 cloudy lt rain 02:00 59 47 11 158 (SSE) 980 cloudy lt rain 03:00 59 47 8 162 (SSE) 1216 cloudy none 04:00 58 48 7 178 (S) 1412 cloudy none 05:00 58 49 8 183 (S) 1454 mstly cldy humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
