Adam "The Comet Man" McKay grazed by our Sunspot tonight! However, his TUI visit was fleeting and there were no tails to be told. I fear he may have been in a coma waiting for the weather to clear. Unlike the clouds, His comments were optically thin. I began to wonder if he could hear me singing and Hale-Bopp’n to songs, to which I was not Encke, and that sent him off or if his head was just in the Oort Cloud. As he signed off, he said he would make an appearance at DPS! Halley-lujah! Clouds, rain, wind. No problems tonight, but I'll need to comet these puns to memory. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 74 30 17 254 (WSW) 1271 ptly cldy none 17:00 70 27 6 282 (WNW) 936 ptly cldy none 18:00 71 33 2 202 (SSW) 740 ptly cldy none 19:00 62 37 14 78 (ENE) 606 ptly cldy none 20:00 61 36 10 95 (E) 618 mstly cldy rain 21:00 64 32 11 55 (NE) 1064 mstly cldy rain 22:00 61 33 19 82 (E) 882 mstly cldy none 23:00 59 36 30 65 (ENE) 855 mstly cldy none 00:00 58 37 16 73 (ENE) 719 mstly cldy none 01:00 54 41 24 68 (ENE) 825 mstly cldy none 02:00 51 40 28 72 (ENE) 573 ptly cldy none 03:00 52 39 24 66 (ENE) 438 ptly cldy none 04:00 55 39 16 67 (ENE) 524 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
