The telescope and instruments worked well, aside from a large focus swing in the first couple of hours which would be expected from the big temperature changes this weekend. ARCSAT also got some use, although there was some difficulty with the weather reporting system. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:23 dcamera 1083( 826) 63 53 5.3 4.7 4.5 5.1 5.2 - 1.57 21:12 dcamera 882( 620) 46 62 5.1 4.7 4.9 5.0 5.0 - 1.29 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 41 18 26 299 (WNW) 396 clear none 17:00 43 20 22 291 (WNW) 205 clear none 18:00 43 15 17 284 (WNW) 204 clear none 19:00 43 12 18 301 (WNW) 226 clear none 20:00 42 11 17 311 (NW) 235 clear none 21:00 41 12 20 290 (WNW) 259 clear none 22:00 43 9 13 274 (W) 242 clear none 23:00 42 9 20 290 (WNW) 294 clear none 00:00 41 11 12 293 (WNW) 356 clear none 01:00 40 10 21 308 (NW) 421 clear none 02:00 40 10 18 322 (NW) 398 clear none 03:00 39 10 10 338 (NNW) 424 clear none 04:00 39 11 12 313 (NW) 445 clear none 05:00 39 11 7 315 (NW) 466 clear none 06:00 38 11 10 308 (NW) 480 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
