Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
Snow on the dome would not permit opening, but that was okay since humidity was high all night, with occasional clouds and falling snow to cement the decision.  Wind wasn't high and the snow on the dome was crusted so I didn't run the snow program.  I did some tests with DIS, ARCTIC, and the NA2 rotator.
