The night started clear and gorgeous! And we had so many onsite observers! :D But none of them brought me pie :( Seeing was meh for most of the night until the wind changed and seeing trainwrecked. After the wind changed back to the west, seeing improved to subarcsecond. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:17 dcamera 665( 896) 110 76 12.0 14.5 14.2 13.8 14.1 -- 1.36 20:45 dcamera 667( 831) 206 60 13.1 13.0 13.4 12.8 12.8 -- 1.30 21:49 dcamera 636( 757) 215 53 11.7 12.1 12.6 11.7 11.8 -- 1.52 23:19 arctic 711( 940) 220 74 11.7 11.5 12.1 11.3 11.2 sdss-r 1.00 01:30 dcamera 602( 453) 34 63 6.3 6.9 7.6 6.5 6.8 -- 2.22 02:30 dcamera 690( 602) -112 84 9.9 8.3 8.9 8.4 9.1 -- 0.80 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 62 15 20 263 (W) 896 clear none 17:00 62 16 11 264 (W) 880 clear none 18:00 60 15 15 303 (WNW) 912 clear none 19:00 57 13 8 282 (WNW) 842 clear none 20:00 54 9 1 197 (SSW) 859 clear none 21:00 56 11 10 237 (WSW) 1146 mstly clr none 22:00 56 9 9 186 (S) 1151 mstly clr none 23:00 53 9 8 139 (SE) 1115 clear none 00:00 52 7 8 123 (ESE) 1211 clear none 01:00 45 12 18 76 (ENE) 1281 clear none 02:00 42 30 11 63 (ENE) 2446 clear none 03:00 51 9 7 266 (W) 1223 clear none 04:00 49 6 3 251 (WSW) 1166 clear none 05:00 47 12 7 223 (SW) 1358 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
