Observing Specialist: T.Rudyk
Started with overcast skies, high humidity, and precipitation on the radar.  The first program was not able to observe on account of it. Skies cleared, but humidity reamined high after 23:00.  Humidity finally dropped after 02:00 but the mirror remained above 0 C and hence, we could not open under current restrictions.  The fans were run in an attempt to cool the mirror below 0, but to no avail.  Roof heaters were run (the air temp was near zero) in hopes of getting a head start on melting the snow on the roof.  UW09 was not able to observe. The scope was left parked at 0,10.
