Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
Dust closure at 07:25, then we fought dust and wind for the first program.  We opened for the start of the 2nd program and stayed open the remainder of the night.  Poor seeing all night long with a strong west wind coming at us.
I filled TSPEC @22:45 just before I switched instruments to ARCTIC.
