It cleared enough by 22:00 to open. Ecam was showing shutter issues, but no vertical lines. It was hazy, but seeing was good. The haze grew thicker through the night, but GS03 had bright targets and we able to observe until twilight. Telescope was left parked at 104,83 for apollo servicing. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:52 ecamera 272( -539) 179 50 6.9 6.5 6.7 6.7 6.5 ND3 0.94 01:12 ecamera 314( -512) 221 35 6.6 6.0 6.6 6.0 6.2 ND3 0.83 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 45 23 6 308 (NW) 1105 cloudy none 17:00 45 23 12 329 (NNW) 842 cloudy none 18:00 45 22 13 306 (NW) 877 cloudy none 19:00 45 23 11 297 (WNW) 907 cloudy none 20:00 45 23 9 282 (WNW) 773 ptly cldy none 21:00 45 23 6 267 (W) 822 ptly cldy none 22:00 44 27 7 282 (WNW) 679 mstly clr none 23:00 45 24 5 262 (W) 962 mstly clr none 00:00 44 23 8 304 (NW) 1034 mstly clr none 01:00 45 24 8 263 (W) 1297 mstly clr none 02:00 45 24 9 264 (W) 879 mstly clr none 03:00 44 24 8 262 (W) 904 mstly clr none 04:00 43 23 4 250 (WSW) 1023 mstly clr none 05:00 44 24 10 290 (WNW) 830 mstly clr none 06:00 44 24 10 331 (NNW) 728 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
