The winds got below the regular limit before midnight, but never got below the winter limit for ice on the dome, and also the humidity never dropped. I ran the snow program for most of the night to blow snow off the roof. We were on generator power but it was pretty steady. Observers took the opportunity to get extra cals with ARCTIC and DIS. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 20 18 24 274 (W) cloudy lt snow 17:00 20 19 43 283 (WNW) cloudy lt snow 18:00 20 17 29 286 (WNW) cloudy lt snow 19:00 19 17 34 297 (WNW) cloudy lt snow 20:00 19 17 29 299 (WNW) cloudy lt snow 21:00 19 16 28 276 (W) cloudy humid 22:00 19 16 19 303 (WNW) cloudy humid 23:00 18 16 17 306 (NW) cloudy humid 00:00 18 16 3 330 (NNW) cloudy humid 01:00 18 15 10 315 (NW) cloudy humid 02:00 17 14 16 320 (NW) cloudy humid 03:00 17 14 11 338 (NNW) cloudy humid 04:00 16 13 1 324 (NW) cloudy humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
