Clouds persisted, and snow was seen within the county via radar starting 19:00 lasting until roughly midnight. At 00:00 it swiftly and surprisingly cleared for the most part. There was still a haze, and limiting visual magniutde was 3, but nothing else being wrong, we risked an opening. The evening stayed mostly clear until the end of the night. Since we could open and there was no snow, dome was parked at standard 104 azimuth. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 01:39 dcamera 701( 94) 26 72 -2.4 -2.0 -1.6 -1.8 -1.1 - 1.82 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 31 4 13 289 (WNW) 324 mstly cldy none 17:00 31 3 12 270 (W) 409 mstly cldy none 18:00 29 11 7 250 (WSW) 388 cloudy none 19:00 28 17 8 275 (W) 345 cloudy none 20:00 29 15 8 271 (W) 405 cloudy none 21:00 28 16 12 254 (WSW) 384 cloudy none 22:00 29 11 17 259 (W) 458 cloudy none 23:00 28 8 9 270 (W) 472 cloudy none 00:00 28 5 12 272 (W) 524 mstly clr none 01:00 27 8 11 269 (W) 513 mstly clr none 02:00 27 10 17 285 (WNW) 564 mstly clr none 03:00 27 9 19 297 (WNW) 520 mstly clr none 04:00 29 3 23 302 (WNW) 637 mstly clr none 05:00 29 2 22 309 (NW) 610 mstly clr none 06:00 28 5 14 301 (WNW) 645 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
