It cleared up around 03:00 but the humidity remained too high to open. No observing was accomplished. In lieu of the snow program, which could not be run due to numerous power flickers, the dome was rotated 90 degrees every hour or so. There may still be snow on the roof, though, as the winds did not exceed ~20mph. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 29 27 14 266 (W) cloudy fog 17:00 29 27 17 259 (W) cloudy fog 18:00 31 28 20 272 (W) cloudy fog 19:00 30 28 14 272 (W) cloudy humid 20:00 30 28 17 270 (W) cloudy lt snow 21:00 31 28 21 280 (W) cloudy fog 22:00 30 27 20 297 (WNW) cloudy fog 23:00 30 27 16 295 (WNW) cloudy humid 00:00 30 26 14 292 (WNW) cloudy humid 01:00 29 25 21 309 (NW) cloudy humid 02:00 27 24 13 303 (WNW) ptly cldy humid 03:00 26 23 17 305 (NW) mstly clr humid 04:00 24 21 19 308 (NW) mstly clr humid 05:00 23 20 18 321 (NW) mstly clr humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
