Observing Specialist: T.Rudyk
Evening started party cloudy but high humidity with rolling blackouts and running on the generator.  Public power kicked back in before night fall. We did a mirror relaxation at 18:00. Slew tests were performed afterward, and telemetry appeared ok. Fog appeared shortly after sunset.  Fog reduced to just high humidity by 19:30.  The humidty swung between high and medium high afterwards.  We performed a reset of all axis controllers and zeroed the rotator. It cleared and humidity dropped, so we opened at 01:14. We tested DIS, and determined the instrument is reasonably healthy. We attempted a colimation, but had to use ARCTIC as the Shack-Hartman was offline due to the power outtages. Experimented with an adjustment, but did not commit it.  Clouds grew thicker, and we shut at 05:08
