The instrument was in Bin 3 and Quad mode. The script sets the instrument to Quad mode, window full, and then bin 2,2. this seemed to upset things and give me the following error 2016-09-07 00:26:48 CmdDone: APO.APO-Jack 55 arctic set amp=Quad window=full 2016-09-07 00:27:33 CmdStarted: APO.APO-Jack 58 arctic set bin=2,2 2016-09-07 00:27:33 APO.APO-Jack 58 arctic f Exception=ParseError; Text="amps=quad may only be specified with a full window" 2 I also was not able to set the binning using the TUI widget either to anything other than 3x3 when using quad mode. I unchecked the default box in our checkout script and then manually set ARCTIC to LL mode and the script was happy again. After the checkout script finished, I checked the default box for ARCTIC and ran the script again, expecting the script to fail again. This time is set the amp to quad, window to full, and bin to 2x2 and took the images with no problems. IDK what caused the glitch or why exposing in LL mode solved the problem. Tcamera not working at checkout. Power cycled Leach controller and restarted. Tcamera working now. A very soggy and wet night. Rain all night long, anywhere from light to heavy (04:00). I gave up at 03:45 with heavy rains coming down and clouds behind the storm as well. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 52 52 13 231 (SW) cloudy rain 17:00 53 53 11 215 (SW) cloudy rain 18:00 52 53 6 251 (WSW) cloudy rain 19:00 52 52 7 189 (S) cloudy rain 20:00 52 51 11 192 (SSW) cloudy lt rain 21:00 53 51 14 206 (SSW) cloudy lt rain 22:00 51 51 12 207 (SSW) cloudy lt rain 23:00 53 53 10 191 (S) cloudy lt rain 00:00 53 53 15 182 (S) cloudy lt rain 01:00 53 53 12 169 (S) cloudy lt rain 02:00 53 51 7 188 (S) cloudy rain 03:00 52 52 8 205 (SSW) cloudy rain 04:00 49 47 10 190 (S) cloudy rain Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
