Observing Specialist: T.Rudyk,R.McMillan
Night started under threat of rain.  Rain happened from 20:00-22:00.  Conditions remained iffy until about 04:00. Weather cleared enought to allow testing of the new arctic scripts around 04:30, but then a humidity spike shut us down by 05:00.
We performed a rotator zero, reset axis controllers, DIS focus tests, and tried to get the echelle calc mirrors to fail.
