The dust did drop and we were able to open at sunset, but humidity hovered neear the limit for an hour before retreating. After that it was a lovely night, mostly photometric, with good seeing. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:33 tcamera 855( 1385) 130 46 11.6 16.0 15.4 16.0 15.8 Ks 1.24 00:20 ARCTIC 710 r 0.81 02:18 ecam ND2 1.13 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 57 43 6 267 (W) ptly cldy dust 17:00 59 43 3 267 (W) mstly clr dust 18:00 61 46 8 267 (W) mstly clr dust 19:00 55 47 1 302 (WNW) clear none 20:00 53 47 3 34 (NE) clear none 21:00 56 41 8 8 (N) clear none 22:00 56 39 6 350 (N) clear none 23:00 57 38 13 21 (NNE) clear none 00:00 56 37 7 49 (NE) clear none 01:00 53 42 7 113 (ESE) clear none 02:00 54 43 7 89 (E) clear none 03:00 56 42 2 224 (SW) clear none 04:00 53 40 2 267 (W) mstly clr none 05:00 54 41 2 256 (WSW) clear none 06:00 54 41 3 271 (W) clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
