The humidity was present but not high enough to cause problems and we were able to open on time. Then, Will Robinson hour started: DANGER!! The humidity went up very quickly and I stayed open as long as humidly possible but we had to close at 21:55. We were not able to open the rest of the night due to humidity. The mini mac for Dataq froze and had to be rebooted. NICFPS warmed again and may have been due to an improper fill. It was filled again at 03:30am and has remained cold. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:55 ecamera 966( 302) -16 48 14.0 17.2 16.4 16.7 16.0 ND1 1.61 19:58 ecamera 827( 44) 135 72 13.7 15.1 14.9 14.4 14.5 clear 1.04 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 61 48 6 223 (SW) ptly cldy none 17:00 66 49 10 263 (W) ptly cldy none 18:00 62 47 10 249 (WSW) ptly cldy none 19:00 57 48 8 212 (SSW) ptly cldy none 20:00 57 47 9 221 (SW) mstly clr none 21:00 57 47 7 201 (SSW) mstly clr none 22:00 54 52 13 153 (SSE) mstly clr humid 23:00 53 53 10 144 (SE) mstly clr humid 00:00 53 52 18 149 (SSE) cloudy humid 01:00 53 52 13 153 (SSE) cloudy humid 02:00 52 52 9 197 (SSW) cloudy humid 03:00 53 50 17 207 (SSW) cloudy humid 04:00 53 49 11 224 (SW) cloudy humid 05:00 53 49 11 199 (SSW) cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
