Skies were mostly clear by sunset but one remaining storm nearby kept us closed until the middle of twilight. After that the night was lovely, with poor seeing initially that improved into second half, and high humidity initially that got better overnight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:43 tcamera 927( 1301) 30 32 10.1 12.8 12.6 12.7 12.0 Ks 2.50 01:12 arctic 677( 805) -21 44 10.2 9.2 9.7 9.1 9.6 r 1.39 03:22 ecamera 755( -260) 228 79 11.4 10.7 11.0 11.0 11.0 Clear 1.01 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 56 46 5 72 (ENE) 493 mstly cldy none 17:00 57 44 9 45 (NE) 470 mstly cldy none 18:00 56 44 1 108 (ESE) 435 ptly cldy none 19:00 53 46 12 68 (ENE) 546 ptly cldy none 20:00 51 45 16 68 (ENE) 502 mstly clr none 21:00 50 45 20 75 (ENE) 560 clear none 22:00 50 44 22 73 (ENE) 549 clear none 23:00 49 45 20 71 (ENE) 622 clear none 00:00 49 42 15 81 (E) 563 clear none 01:00 49 41 10 64 (ENE) 538 clear none 02:00 53 33 15 53 (NE) 375 clear none 03:00 52 34 15 58 (ENE) 334 clear none 04:00 52 36 13 54 (NE) 373 clear none 05:00 52 37 12 27 (NNE) 338 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
