We still aren't able to record focus data properly, but measurements were around 1.5-1.8 arcseconds. We worked on DIS internal focus and on-sky focus until the telescope was cool, then we refined the collimation from the previous night. About when that was done we had some clouds that prevented any work for a while, then we finished up with a small pointing model which was a real struggled even through thinner clouds. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 70 43 6 187 (S) ptly cldy none 17:00 68 44 3 351 (N) ptly cldy none 18:00 72 45 5 197 (SSW) ptly cldy none 19:00 73 44 10 223 (SW) mstly clr none 20:00 69 41 7 183 (S) clear none 21:00 68 39 15 146 (SE) clear none 22:00 66 37 19 126 (SE) clear none 23:00 64 36 17 113 (ESE) clear none 00:00 63 37 15 113 (ESE) clear none 01:00 63 38 11 110 (ESE) mstly clr none 02:00 63 37 7 113 (ESE) mstly cldy none 03:00 64 37 4 168 (SSE) ptly cldy none 04:00 66 36 6 200 (SSW) ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
