Rain threatened from all around but we were good until 00:10 when the clouds were too thick for UW02 and AD02 and we closed. Everything cleared up at 1am and we were able to reopen. The clouds persisted the rest of the night and the NA01 observer was not able to collect enough photons after 04:36 and we closed. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:24 arctic 461( 1024) 37 51 14.1 17.8 17.1 17.5 16.2 SDSS-z 1.20 21:02 arctic 420( 868) -2 55 14.7 15.5 15.5 15.2 14.7 SDSS-r 0.80 00:09 arctic 492( 770) -46 56 11.8 12.2 13.0 12.2 11.9 SDSS-r 0.73 01:47 tcamera 573( 860) 322 49 11.2 11.3 11.9 11.2 11.2 -- 1.75 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 66 24 14 263 (W) 1152 clear none 17:00 67 27 16 292 (WNW) 1012 mstly clr none 18:00 65 25 10 300 (WNW) 1002 mstly clr none 19:00 63 24 1 321 (NW) 1078 ptly cldy none 20:00 59 28 1 256 (WSW) 1208 ptly cldy none 21:00 59 29 4 54 (NE) 1252 mstly clr none 22:00 58 27 3 259 (W) 1212 clear none 23:00 55 32 7 159 (SSE) 2283 ptly cldy none 00:00 54 32 14 197 (SSW) 3357 cloudy none 01:00 53 32 11 174 (S) 1879 clear none 02:00 52 32 9 179 (S) 1891 mstly clr none 03:00 53 32 13 179 (S) 1431 mstly cldy none 04:00 51 32 6 106 (ESE) 1299 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
