Seeing was variable, good first half and less good second half. The first observer made a time zone conversion error and didn't log in until after the end of twilight. I had the instrument all focused and ready to go and everything went smoothly after that. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:13 tcamera 805( 1092) 38 63 9.9 11.4 11.2 11.5 10.7 Ks 0.89 23:22 arctic 485( 599) 5 57 9.0 9.0 9.7 9.1 8.9 r 0.95 01:11 APOLLO 450( 1306) 46 27 8.3 8.4 9.0 8.5 8.2 530 1.80 02:12 ecamera 534( -602) 117 40 7.8 7.8 8.4 7.9 7.7 ND1 1.44 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 57 24 21 267 (W) 3100 clear none 17:00 56 20 19 240 (WSW) 2784 clear none 18:00 55 16 18 266 (W) 3372 clear none 19:00 53 16 19 255 (WSW) 5617 clear none 20:00 50 14 16 261 (W) 2694 clear none 21:00 49 13 21 265 (W) 2876 clear none 22:00 48 14 17 245 (WSW) 2793 clear none 23:00 48 14 16 272 (W) 2590 clear none 00:00 48 16 14 262 (W) 2526 clear none 01:00 47 16 16 265 (W) 2172 clear none 02:00 46 17 17 265 (W) 2225 clear none 03:00 45 18 20 257 (WSW) 2059 clear none 04:00 45 17 25 265 (W) 2062 clear none 05:00 43 17 15 260 (W) 2073 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
