Spectrographs agree reasonably. Waited for wind and dust to die down. Able to open a little before 3am. Tested the dcam shutter. Streaks all the way from 0.3s to 20s and everywhere in between. They never went away. The weather gave me a very dusty, windy sendoff, and I spent my last night here watching the gusts. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 02:01 dcamera 469( 248) 102 63 3.9 5.4 8.0 5.1 4.5 -- 2.00 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 53 5 32 254 (WSW) 1893 clear dust 17:00 54 6 23 259 (W) 2370 clear dust 18:00 54 8 31 229 (SW) 3685 mstly clr dust 19:00 51 4 25 255 (WSW) 4418 mstly clr dust 20:00 49 3 28 256 (WSW) 5530 mstly clr dust 21:00 48 2 30 253 (WSW) 5436 mstly clr dust 22:00 47 2 29 237 (WSW) 3331 mstly clr dust 23:00 44 2 29 247 (WSW) 7305 mstly clr dust 00:00 42 2 23 273 (W) 12846 mstly clr dust 01:00 41 5 27 248 (WSW) 8469 mstly clr dust 02:00 41 6 15 262 (W) 5547 ptly cldy dust 03:00 39 12 26 246 (WSW) 4578 mstly clr dust 04:00 37 14 23 261 (W) 3804 mstly clr dust 05:00 34 12 23 284 (WNW) 28475 mstly clr dust 06:00 34 13 20 253 (WSW) 30956 ptly cldy dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
