We had heavy clouds on and off all night, and bad seeing whenever we could get on sky. We delayed opening to start, and only got on for a few hours before the clouds got hopeless and threatening. We eventually opened again, and managed to close at twilight when humidity started getting bad. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:42 ecamera 283(-1160) 249 71 0.5 2.1 3.1 2.0 1.1 Clear 1.60 22:26 arctic 238( -46) 279 31 0.1 0.8 1.8 0.8 0.3 SDSS_r 4.00 04:45 NICFPS 469( 366) 291 59 -3.3 -2.0 -1.4 -1.8 -2.6 MK-Ks 1.40 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 42 21 16 263 (W) 1387 cloudy none 17:00 33 25 13 30 (NNE) 1842 cloudy snow 18:00 38 17 7 339 (NNW) 1175 ptly cldy none 19:00 36 19 15 2 (N) 1140 ptly cldy none 20:00 35 18 16 34 (NE) 1157 ptly cldy none 21:00 33 18 19 23 (NNE) 890 mstly clr none 22:00 32 16 6 315 (NW) 964 ptly cldy none 23:00 32 17 13 325 (NW) 989 cloudy none 00:00 32 16 10 324 (NW) 893 cloudy none 01:00 31 17 14 338 (NNW) 969 cloudy none 02:00 30 17 15 334 (NNW) 890 cloudy none 03:00 29 17 8 345 (NNW) 810 cloudy none 04:00 28 17 14 328 (NNW) 845 ptly cldy humid 05:00 26 18 12 354 (N) 848 mstly clr humid 06:00 24 17 4 352 (N) 710 mstly clr humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
