Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
The first half was windy, the middle of the night was humid, and the end of the night was snowy.  I did open for a little while early in the night and the telescope was okay pointed away from the wind, but the increasing gusts made me nervous so I closed after observing two targets.  I ran the observations for UC01 due to observer illness, while he helped me make decisions by phone.
After I closed, the wind rose up to the mid-50s.  Then it dropped and there was a maybe 15-minute window before the humidity rose, but neither I nor the first or second half observers thought it was a good bet.  And then it was humid, then cloudy, then the radar was on top of us.
The precip sensor went off shortly after 3 am, but it was just a few flakes blowing around and there was no accumulation by 4 am.  I left the telescope parked facing south.
