I removed it and moved the harness farther from the louvers to prevent the strap from blowing in there again. Poor seeing to start the night but it improved later on. No problems otherwise. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:23 arctic 680( -5) 46 55 -7.8 -6.6 -5.8 -7.0 -0.1 JC-V 1.10 17:48 NA2gdr 4385(34385) 57 42 -7.9 -7.2 -6.4 -7.5 -0.1 clear 2.00 18:02 NA2gdr 4385(34385) 60 33 -8.1 -7.4 -6.6 -7.7 -0.1 clear 3.60 00:11 arctic 813( 42) 3 57 -7.8 -8.3 -7.7 -8.2 -0.1 sdss-r 1.40 00:12 NA2gdr 5547(35547) 2 57 -7.8 -8.3 -7.8 -8.2 -0.1 clear 1.40 01:30 arctic 806( 39) 72 63 -6.6 -8.2 -7.4 -8.2 -0.1 sdss-r 1.04 05:12 arctic 786( 34) 45 46 -7.4 -8.1 -7.5 -8.2 -0.1 sdss-r 1.10 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 20 2 28 311 (NW) 271 mstly clr none 17:00 19 5 23 331 (NNW) 293 mstly clr none 18:00 18 6 13 358 (N) 192 clear none 19:00 17 9 11 4 (N) 209 clear none 20:00 17 9 14 3 (N) 153 clear none 21:00 16 10 20 21 (NNE) 267 clear none 22:00 17 7 21 22 (NNE) 138 clear none 23:00 20 3 16 47 (NE) 150 clear none 00:00 16 2 9 34 (NE) 111 clear none 01:00 19 0 3 66 (ENE) 117 clear none 02:00 21 -2 2 193 (SSW) 99 clear none 03:00 20 -2 4 190 (S) 83 clear none 04:00 18 -1 6 183 (S) 269 clear none 05:00 18 0 8 156 (SSE) 111 clear none 06:00 18 -2 7 183 (S) 87 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
