Observing Specialist: T.Rudyk
Could not open right away due to high winds and dust.  Winds and dust came down to an acceptable level at 18:00, opened with the caveat that we point east, out of the wind.
Clouds rolled in about 20:30, and thickened until we were no longer collecting data.  With a potential snow bearing down on us from the north, we closed at 21:06.  Wind, humidity, threat of snow, then finally snow kept us closed for the rest of the night.
