There were periods of high winds but not enough to close us down and we partied til dawn. We ran an instrument block on the NM01 visiting instrument, NMSU Acousto-optic Imaging Camera (NAIC), and there were only small changes made. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:29 ecamera 825( -300) -8 63 5.3 8.4 7.9 7.9 7.4 ND3 0.83 23:09 ecamera 819( -383) -11 51 7.3 6.7 7.2 7.0 7.0 Clear 1.05 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 45 20 11 298 (WNW) 616 clear none 17:00 43 21 7 319 (NW) 665 clear none 18:00 44 16 1 360 (N) 471 clear none 19:00 43 9 12 359 (N) 211 clear none 20:00 43 8 11 8 (N) 232 clear none 21:00 44 9 9 356 (N) 348 clear none 22:00 45 13 14 19 (NNE) 393 clear none 23:00 45 14 13 27 (NNE) 451 clear none 00:00 45 14 25 17 (NNE) 479 clear none 01:00 46 14 16 24 (NNE) 456 clear none 02:00 45 14 17 2 (N) 469 clear none 03:00 46 16 15 18 (NNE) 392 clear none 04:00 48 15 17 40 (NE) 274 clear none 05:00 52 16 2 340 (NNW) 129 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
