We performed several runs iteratively improving the performance, we may do more iterations tomorrow. At 22:00, switched to Shack-Hartman, but there was a problem with the LED stage, and we were unable to see sky. At 23:30 switched to Arctic for focus script tests. After tests, noticed upper left quad dropped out after ICC restart At 01:15, started altitude/focus models, but the weather turned, with seeing becoming too poor to complete the test. 03:45 Started pointing model. Finished at 05:00. Numbers did not warrant a change in models. Aside from high thin clouds and poor seeing, weather was mostly clear. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 01:16 arctic 585( 882) -24 84 12.9 12.9 13.4 12.6 12.6 SDSS-r 0.99 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 64 18 12 246 (WSW) 418 clear none 17:00 63 20 15 224 (SW) 539 clear none 18:00 61 21 10 188 (S) 752 clear none 19:00 57 19 12 214 (SW) 1345 clear none 20:00 56 19 13 209 (SSW) 1657 clear none 21:00 55 19 7 189 (S) 1080 clear none 22:00 59 16 7 204 (SSW) 809 clear none 23:00 59 15 9 259 (W) 556 clear none 00:00 56 18 8 305 (NW) 718 clear none 01:00 55 20 8 329 (NNW) 499 clear none 02:00 55 21 8 292 (WNW) 449 clear none 03:00 56 20 2 265 (W) 355 clear none 04:00 58 18 9 331 (NNW) 118 clear none 05:00 57 17 10 354 (N) 126 clear none 06:00 58 18 11 5 (N) 166 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
