I did not see streaking on my 5s focus exposures with the DIS slitviewer but the observer used 0.2 and they were visible with short exposures (0.2s) Russet created a new DIS slit mask using last nights data, since the one last night wasn't optimal. No problems. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:50 ecamera 679( -954) -28 34 -3.3 -2.1 -2.1 -2.2 -2.8 clear 1.55 18:39 ecamera 586(-1083) -46 31 -3.3 -2.8 -2.5 -2.9 -3.2 clear 2.10 23:15 dcamera 479( -149) -33 53 -1.8 -2.6 -2.2 -2.4 -2.2 -- 1.25 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 26 12 8 333 (NNW) 178 mstly clr none 17:00 26 7 4 16 (NNE) 145 mstly clr none 18:00 26 -4 21 22 (NNE) 71 mstly clr none 19:00 26 -4 17 5 (N) 39 ptly cldy none 20:00 27 -3 14 5 (N) 46 mstly clr none 21:00 27 1 17 4 (N) 59 ptly cldy none 22:00 27 4 14 2 (N) 45 ptly cldy none 23:00 29 4 22 15 (NNE) 36 ptly cldy none 00:00 31 -4 15 9 (N) 41 ptly cldy none 01:00 30 -4 20 26 (NNE) 45 ptly cldy none 02:00 33 -9 10 22 (NNE) 24 ptly cldy none 03:00 30 -7 10 359 (N) 44 ptly cldy none 04:00 33 -14 11 359 (N) 22 ptly cldy none 05:00 31 -10 13 16 (NNE) 27 mstly clr none 06:00 37 -11 8 358 (N) 27 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
