UV01 was observing faint galaxies and could not punch through the clouds. At 04:45, past the point when UV01 could obtain useful data, I started additional Callisto observations for CU02 and practice my pointing/offsets. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:08 ecamera 652( -761) 182 73 1.9 2.8 2.7 2.4 2.1 clear 1.20 00:15 dcamera 544( 100) 120 58 1.8 1.1 1.5 1.2 1.2 -- 1.45 04:50 ecamera 589( -935) 151 82 0.8 0.7 1.1 0.7 0.6 clear 1.20 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 37 3 9 280 (W) 161 ptly cldy none 17:00 34 2 15 270 (W) 200 ptly cldy none 18:00 35 0 16 252 (WSW) 223 ptly cldy none 19:00 33 6 12 249 (WSW) 246 ptly cldy none 20:00 33 9 16 264 (W) 220 ptly cldy none 21:00 36 4 20 275 (W) 160 ptly cldy none 22:00 36 -1 24 270 (W) 132 mstly cldy none 23:00 34 3 15 267 (W) 139 mstly cldy none 00:00 34 8 18 263 (W) 154 mstly cldy none 01:00 36 6 14 261 (W) 142 mstly cldy none 02:00 36 5 18 262 (W) 136 mstly cldy none 03:00 34 6 11 264 (W) 149 mstly cldy none 04:00 34 6 15 264 (W) 151 mstly cldy none 05:00 34 9 12 256 (WSW) 222 mstly cldy none 06:00 32 7 13 268 (W) 219 ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
