The sky was starting to improve around 04:00 but I was seeing precip to our N headed in this direction that I wasn't sure was real or not. I decided to wait a bit longer to be safe. We called it a night at 04:10 since there would not be enough time, if we could open, at this point to get an observation of the observers target that they needed. The satelite also wasn't looking that promising on being able to open either, with clouds still around us. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp C Dewp C MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 65 45 12 58 (ENE) 678 cloudy none 17:00 66 48 10 85 (E) 1114 cloudy none 18:00 66 49 10 91 (E) 744 cloudy none 19:00 65 50 8 92 (E) 1241 cloudy none 20:00 65 48 15 75 (ENE) 1312 cloudy none 21:00 65 48 5 356 (N) 1135 cloudy rain 22:00 53 52 23 22 (NNE) 698 cloudy rain 23:00 55 50 20 36 (NE) 607 cloudy lt rain 00:00 54 49 12 86 (E) 481 cloudy lt rain 01:00 58 44 22 130 (SE) 267 cloudy none 02:00 57 45 12 122 (ESE) 180 cloudy none 03:00 59 43 5 104 (ESE) 147 ptly cldy none 04:00 61 41 6 183 (S) 302 ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
