Russet was helping with the PAO instrument while I did some quick engineering checks with ARCSAT at the start of the night. Russet opened the dome at 6PM. Russet made Adjustments and updates to the instrument block. Nice AO imaging of Arcturus, if weather is good hopefully can try for science targets tomorrow. Light rain at 04:20. We called it a night at that point. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp C Dewp C MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 63 46 12 211 (SSW) 458 mstly cldy none 17:00 61 45 5 191 (S) 428 ptly cldy none 18:00 60 45 11 135 (SE) 491 ptly cldy none 19:00 62 40 13 152 (SSE) 457 mstly clr none 20:00 59 41 15 146 (SE) 430 mstly clr none 21:00 59 40 19 143 (SE) 541 mstly cldy none 22:00 58 41 21 146 (SE) 583 mstly cldy none 23:00 57 41 18 149 (SSE) 595 ptly cldy none 00:00 58 43 14 162 (SSE) 653 mstly clr none 01:00 60 41 18 177 (S) 638 cloudy none 02:00 58 41 17 167 (SSE) 537 cloudy none 03:00 58 41 4 182 (S) 568 cloudy none 04:00 58 40 13 182 (S) 524 cloudy lt rain 05:00 57 43 11 181 (S) 493 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
