First half was pickup engineering; I tried testing a new TCC version but I wasn't satisfied with what I could learn off-sky so later I reverted back to the official version. I took lots of Tspec test images, all of which were bad. I almost opened for a sucker hole after midnight, but it didn't last long enough before the radar scared me away. Second half had even worse weather. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp C Dewp C MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 60 50 13 81 (E) 486 cloudy lt rain 17:00 60 50 8 99 (E) 541 cloudy lt rain 18:00 59 50 13 75 (ENE) 517 mstly cldy none 19:00 58 49 14 89 (E) 567 mstly cldy none 20:00 56 49 16 75 (ENE) 564 mstly cldy none 21:00 55 49 13 91 (E) 465 mstly cldy none 22:00 56 49 10 84 (E) 426 cloudy none 23:00 55 49 12 76 (ENE) 401 cloudy none 00:00 56 49 1 98 (E) 418 ptly cldy none 01:00 54 49 5 231 (SW) 470 cloudy none 02:00 53 48 7 171 (S) 601 cloudy none 03:00 54 46 9 182 (S) 677 cloudy lt rain 04:00 53 46 7 112 (ESE) 638 cloudy none 05:00 53 47 13 166 (SSE) 843 cloudy lt rain Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
