Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
NICFPS not responding to commands and needed a kick tonight.  'nicpfs expose init' was a hard enough of a kick to get it working again.
Humidity and clouds rolled in around 02:00, we closed around 03:15.
We gave up at o4:15 due to humidity and clouds
