Skies were eventually clear, seeing variable. An hour before scheduled start time, APOLLO had a problem with the GPS clock which may have been due to WSMR jamming. To give the clock more time to settle after it came back, I let the previous program go long. We were still able to get some fairly good returns in a short time. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:37 dcamera 415( 191) 137 75 0.6 2.5 3.0 2.5 1.4 - 1.33 00:18 ecamera 319(-1015) -162 78 1.3 1.4 1.4 1.2 1.3 ND2 0.70 05:31 APOLLO 300( 876) -37 36 -0.7 -0.2 0.2 -0.1 -0.2 530 1.80 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp C Dewp C MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 2 -3 17 53 (NE) 971 cloudy none 17:00 3 -4 7 271 (W) 1103 cloudy lt snow 18:00 2 -4 8 212 (SSW) 1568 cloudy snow 19:00 0 -3 1 12 (NNE) 1227 cloudy lt snow 20:00 -1 -3 12 83 (E) 849 mstly cldy none 21:00 0 -3 2 335 (NNW) 1203 ptly cldy none 22:00 0 -4 6 352 (N) 1428 ptly cldy none 23:00 1 -6 6 1 (N) 1294 ptly cldy none 00:00 1 -6 6 0 (N) 1308 mstly clr none 01:00 0 -7 8 341 (NNW) 1453 clear none 02:00 1 -7 2 340 (NNW) 1424 clear none 03:00 1 -7 1 169 (S) 1478 clear none 04:00 0 -7 7 355 (N) 1369 clear none 05:00 0 -6 2 47 (NE) 1328 clear none 06:00 0 -6 7 11 (N) 1370 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
